Which areas do you cover?
Dublin and surrounding areas subject to availability. Share your Eircode to confirm.
How is the final price decided?
It depends on property size, condition, access, requested tasks and agreed scope. Any website prices are placeholders until confirmed by the company.
Can I request a custom quote?
Yes, particularly for commercial work, large properties, deep cleaning and post-renovation cleaning.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
This must be agreed when booking. The add-on shown on the booking page is only a placeholder until your supplies policy is confirmed.
Can I book a recurring clean?
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly choices are recorded as a preference for this request only. The current system does not automatically create recurring appointments or recurring discounts.
Can I pay online?
Online payments are disabled by default. Stripe test checkout, approved prices, tax treatment and webhook confirmation must be configured and tested before live payments are enabled.
How do cancellations work?
Please read the cancellation policy and confirm the final policy before publishing. The placeholder policy is not legal advice.
Are bookings instantly confirmed?
No. A requested date is not confirmed until the company checks availability and sends confirmation.
