The service tasks, property details, price and expected duration should be agreed in writing before work begins. Extra tasks may require a revised quote.

Bookings

A requested slot is not confirmed until Divine Touch Cleaning Company confirms availability. Customers must provide accurate property and access information.

Payment

Insert your actual deposit, payment timing, accepted methods, invoice and refund terms. Online payment must not be offered until the payment integration is live and tested.

Access and safety

Agree key collection, parking, pets, utilities and any site-specific risks before the appointment. Clearly describe any excluded tasks or materials.

Complaints and liability

Set a fair process for reporting concerns, arranging a remedy and handling damage claims. Obtain legal advice on consumer rights and liability wording.
